As the organization expanded its national presence, it required a modern, scalable membership website capable of supporting multiple user types and delivering exclusive value to its members. The platform needed to clearly differentiate between three distinct membership tiers—Corporate Member Advisors, Industry Associate Advisors, and Independent Advisors—while providing a seamless onboarding and content access experience.

Focused on collaboration, education, and advocacy, the organization supports thousands of employers and millions of Canadians through its member network.
