The client needed a custom responsive email template for Mailchimp for the launch of their online financial wellness portal.
After the initial brief was submitted, we realized a collection of templates was easier for them to edit, rather than an all-in-one solution. They ended up requesting templates for a launch event, an autoresponder and a monthly newsletter. Each email was required to follow the company’s branding guidelines and also to display flawlessly in desktop email clients and web-based email clients, as well as smartphones and tablets.
