Subscription Plans and Features

  • Standard Plan: This plan includes a free website migration to a fast, managed WordPress hosting solution. Basic maintenance and security updates for your WordPress site, ensuring it runs smoothly and securely. For more details, please refer back to our WordPress Maintenance Plans page.
  • Premium Plan: Building on the Standard Plan, the Premium Plan offers basic SEO and speed optimization, continuous performance checks, custom analytics dashboard, premium plugins and up to tow hours of additional design/development per month.
  • Professional Plan: Our top-tier plan includes all the features of the Premium Plan, with the addition of email marketing management (including email deliverability optimization), marketing automation, weekly SEO reporting, social media management (optional) and up to 3 languages for multilingual sites.

Each plan is designed to cater to different needs and budgets, ensuring that you can find the right fit for your WordPress website.

Hosting and Migration

Our services are tied to our managed WordPress hosting environment, designed to provide an optimal experience for your site. Upon subscribing to our service, your site will need to be migrated to our hosting platform. Similarly, if you decide to cancel our service, you will need to migrate your site to a new hosting platform.

Account Changes

You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time. However, prior to cancellation, you must migrate your website off our managed WordPress hosting platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your site is migrated successfully to avoid any downtime or data loss.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Juan Rojo Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of our updated terms.
