If you don’t find what you are looking for in the sections below, feel free to contact me. I’ll keep adding to this list.

Do you also work on site?

I do. I prefer not to do it, as it cuts down on my productivity for other projects, but if you need my undivided attention I can certainly be at your office. Needless to say, this only applies to potential clients based in Toronto.

Can you work for a flat fee as opposed to hourly?

Yes, I can. However, I’ll arrive at the flat estimate based on an approximate number of hours needed to complete the project.

What payment methods do you accept?

For international clients, I prefer PayPal or credit card. When you receive your invoice via email, you’ll be able to click on a link to select your method of payment. For Canadian clients, I can accept e-transfers (you can also pay with PayPal or credit card, if you prefer to do so).

What's your typical turnaround on an email design project?

Depending on how busy I am, I can usually deliver a fully tested HTML file within 12 hours of starting the project. That doesn’t mean that I spent a full 12 hours working on it, it just means that I can work on other assignments that are currently in progress. Need it right away? There’s an extra charge of 25% for rush projects.

What CMS do you use for website development?
